On this page are links to
courses and websites that I have found valuable in my search for the
best methods for marketing my business.
Favorite Tools
Magnetic
Sponsoring
If you plan on using the internet to build a downline, this is the
first book you should purchase. The price is very reasonable and
gives insights into the psychological triggers that get people to trust
you enough to join your downline. Very powerful yet affordable.
UltimateSuccessCDs
If you want to understand the MLM industry and how to make money, this
website with training CDs is foundational in your training. I
cannot recommend it highly enough. Tracy Biller, the author of
the website, built 2 large downlines and goes into great detail on how
to do the same thing. His training CDs teach you how to cold
call, write effective emails, website design helps, lead generation and
so much more.
There is a lot of free material on his website that is very informative
and educational. I purchased his tapes and CDs and have always
felt I received far more value than the nominal amount I paid for them.
MLM Traffic
Formula
This one is a bit pricey, but worth every penny. There are so
many powerful marketing concepts presented in this course that it is
hard to take it all in. You will find yourself referring to it
again and again. Very, very good.
Building On A Budget
A very inexpensive course that is worth every
penny. This is another fantastic course produced by Mike Dillard
of Magnetic Sponsoring fame. This course gives a newbie the tools
necessary to generate leads with a minimal budget. Uses a lot of
Web 2.0 stragetgies that are very good.
SureFire Success System
The very best course I have seen for using Web 2.0 products to generate
massive traffic. This course takes the information in The
Ultimate Marketing Kit, Magnetic Sponsoring and MLM Traffic Formula and
puts it on steroids. Use this in conjunction with what you are
doing to generate lots and lots of FREE leads for your Limu or other
business.
Although the course is not targeted specifically at us MLM ers, the
techniques are a snap to adapt to generating leads and traffic to your
websites.
Jim
Edwards Mini-Site Creator
This one is also a bit expensive, but is a great resource. If you
want to build small, powerful websites for your own recruiting/sales
efforts this is a "Must Have". Jim is a marketing pro and it
definitely shows in this course. I struggled with putting up
websites and this cleared up most of the mystery for me.
This is also a fairly expensive item.
AWeber AutoResponder
If you are not using an
AutoResponder to follow-up with leads or prospects, you are letting
most of your money slip through your fingers. AWeber is probably
the most popular. Keep in mind that it is the most popular for a
reason: Reliability.
Many so-called experts seem to insinuate that email marketing is
dead. Funny how they always tell me that in an email.
Consistent follow-up is necessary with both prospects and team
members.
Splash Page
Maker
If you are using Traffic
exchanges, FFAs, SafeLists or other forms of traffic generation, Splash
Pages can make the difference in success or failure for a
campaign. TrafficWave.net and a few other AutoResponders provide
Splash Pages with their service but most that I have seen do not, so
you must provide one.
Splash Page
Maker kept me from pulling my hair out. This service
is so simple and trouble-free it is hard to believe nobody thought of
it before. Splash Page Maker provides an easy-to-use format for
creating your own splash pages. They also host it on their
website to make it as stress-free as possible.
Free Blogs
MyCCBlog.com
is offering free blogs with very detailed instructional videos
for setting them up and getting online. They also go into great
detail into optimizing your site for the search engines. This
site is run by internet marketers so they are business-friendly.
Squidoo
If you want to learn how to market using Squidoo, Squidoo Secrets will definitely provide the training necessary.
